The lady at the front desk upon arrival was accommodating and really friendly, making check-in a breeze. On the downside, I found roaches in the first room, which really affected my comfort. I was moved to a different room, but it still didn’t sit well with me. The bathroom had issues. the light was finicky and the water on the floor came from condensation. I also faced a weird situation where they tried charging an extra $150 on a different card without explanation. The breakfast served was very basic and cheap. definitely not something to look forward to. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the value was reasonable considering the extra amenities.

Some fruit at breakfast was overripe and the initial lack of stocked items left me wanting more. The handicap parking was often occupied by workers, making access difficult. I found bugs in the first room which affected my comfort level, and there was some confusion regarding additional charges on my card that I didn’t understand. The coffee maker frequently ran out of water, which was inconvenient in the mornings, especially when traveling with a large group.
