The free laundry service was helpful, allowing me to catch up on clothes without extra charges. The evening discussions with the friendly staff added a warm touch to our stay.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this property and its exceptionally nice and marvellous location.

everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was comfy and fairly quiet. the hotel provided reasonable prices. location: the venue was near to other attractions. it also was in the middle of jackson.

The free guest laundry was a lifesaver. I was able to catch up on my clothes without any extra cost. The price for my stay was fantastic, especially at $59 for the first night. The lady at the front desk upon arrival was accommodating and really friendly. On the downside, I found roaches in the first room, which really affected my comfort. I was moved to a different room, but it still didn't sit well with me. The bathroom had issues. The light was finicky and the water on the floor came from condensation. I also faced a weird situation where they tried charging an extra $150 on a different card without explanation. The breakfast served was very basic and cheap. Definitely not something to look forward to. The stay had its ups and downs, but the value was reasonable considering the extra amenities.

Some fruit at breakfast was overripe and the initial lack of stocked items left me wanting more. The handicap parking was often occupied by workers. I found bugs in the first room which affected my comfort level, and there was some confusion regarding additional charges on my card that I didn't understand. The coffee maker frequently ran out of water, inconvenient in the mornings, especially when traveling with a large group.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free wi-fi that helped me stay connected during my short visit and easy access to transportation, only 12 km from the nearest airport.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for our concert, and we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean, with a remarkably comfortable mattress and large, thick towels that made our experience feel luxurious. Plus, the availability of free Wi-Fi and coffee/tea in the lobby added to the convenience.

Although it was a bit pricey and lacking a pool or gym, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

The location is great, right in the middle of Jackson and the staff are very friendly and helpful, they also have on-site parking and serve breakfast in the lobby.
